Missoula Pride is at its foundation a community driven event, by the community for the community. We are seeking people for a wide range of involvement opportunities and we look forward to working with you to make our celebration a success.

Missoula Pride invites you to step into the spotlight and embrace the artistry, glamour, and talent that define our culture. We celebrate the kaleidoscope of creativity that not only drag performers have, but that the whole spectrum of performers in this community bring to the stage.
What We’re Looking For:

Join the Pride Parade
One of the cornerstones of any Pride celebration is the parade, and we want you to participate! We are seeking community organizations, businesses, groups, and anyone who is interested.

Parade Dates and Details
Application Due: May 9, 2025
Lineup Sent: May 16, 2025

Line Up: 10 a.m. staggered arrival

Parade Begins: 12 p.m.​​

Line Up Location: Those who submit a parade application will be given specific line up instructions. Line up will occur on S. 3rd ST W. and S. 4th St. W. between S. Higgins Ave. and Chestnut St.
​
Parade Route: The parade will proceed from S. 3rd St. W down S. Higgins Ave., pedestrians can turn left on W. Main St. and vehicles will proceed forward to disperse at W. Broadway.
Apply to Vend in 2025
With our fourth annual Missoula Pride comes an opportunity for more vendors to apply and participate! Whether you are a local non-profit or maker, a business, or some other sort of vendor, you are invited!
Submitting an application is not a guarantee of space.

Donated Vending Spaces are Available to Local Queer Makers and Non-Profits! In 2024, we were able to provide donated vending spaces to ALL queer makers who requested one thanks to our wonderful annual sponsors. We hope to be able to provide a similar experience this year.
Volunteer
Missoula Pride will not be possible without the help of volunteers from the community like you! For as little as an hour of your time, you could be part of bringing this event to life. Volunteer responsibilities could be things like:

Greeting and hosting at the door

Staffing the information table
